Your first step is a free 30-minute consultation with one of our partners. During this initial phone call we will listen to your situation, explain your charges, outline your options and give you an honest assessment of likely outcomes.

Step 2: Clear Quote Before You Commit

If you wish to proceed, we will provide a clear written costs agreement before any work begins.

We are transparent about fees from the outset. Criminal and traffic matters may vary in length and complexity, and costs will therefore reflect the nature of your matter.

However, for most matters we offer Fixed Fees. This includes Local Court sentences and licence appeals.

Step 3: Direct Partner Representation

Every Arthur Law client works directly with one of our partners, Zoe Whetham or Martin Vazquez, throughout their matter. You will not have to re-explain your situation to a new lawyer at every stage.

Step 4: Court Representation

We appear in all courts across Newcastle, the Hunter Region and throughout NSW.
